Water Meadow View

Water Meadow View is a landmark, purpose-built 14-bed inpatient facility located within the green, restorative grounds of Guild Park. It provides person-centred, trauma-informed care for adults with learning disabilities whose needs cannot be met in mainstream inpatient settings. The site was chosen for its therapeutic benefits and stands at the forefront of innovation in specialist mental health inpatient care for adults with a learning disability. Conceived with a visionary approach and delivered through rigorous collaboration, this purpose-built facility embodies excellence in design, care, and operational sustainability.

Through a collaborative approach, The Client Team, Design Team and Principal Contractor, achieved Regulatory compliance with both the Building Safety Act and The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 resulting in a quite splendid facility that will enhance the lives of Staff, service users and their families.
